Collaboration
We actively partner with schools and universities, embracing the fresh ideas and innovative approaches that young people bring. Each year, students from diverse educational backgrounds join us for internships across multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience while contributing valuable insights.
Beyond internships, we also engage students in brainstorming sessions to explore new ideas for our industry and company. Through innovative minors, students collaborate in diverse teams to tackle real-world challenges, generating creative activations and campaigns. This fresh perspective keeps us inspired and continuously evolving!
Project AIS
We also collaborate with various schools. Young individuals bring fresh ideas and approaches! For example, every year we have students from different disciplines who come to intern with us. Various departments host interns annually!
We also work with students to brainstorm new ideas for our sector and our company. During innovative courses, students work in heterogeneous teams to address a specific question. This leads to diverse ideas for activations and campaigns. This fresh input keeps us sharp and results in new inspiration!
