Grass is a wonderfully versatile and adaptable plant, offering an enormous diversity of over 8000 species.  Barenbrug takes only a small proportion of these to carefully select and crossbreed them, in order to develop improved commercial varieties of particular species.

To fulfil our client demand Barenbrug has been developing research stations, in different climatic zones, for more than 50 years.
